“I help adults with anxiety and digital nomads to manage stress and nervousness to focus their minds on what makes them happy from the comfort of their home”.
We know that anxiety and being in another country can be overwhelming, however, we also know that cognitive behavioral therapy can help you manage that overwhelming anxiety in a healthy way. I offer you a safe space to explore your emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop effective tools to overcome anxiety.
Anxiety can have some of these symptoms: thinking about many terrible scenarios (I’m going to be fired from work, I’m going to be abandoned, what if something bad happens? etc.), nervousness, dizziness, feeling like your heart is beating fast (tachycardia ), sweating, feeling the body tense (hardness or rigidity), palpitations or tremors.

Anxiety is not bad but rather it is a warning signal to keep us safe. This warning signal is activated by our perception and our thoughts. However, many times our thoughts and perceptions activate it when it is not necessary. Through challenging our thinking patterns and other exercises you will make the anxiety signal more precise at the times it is really needed.
